Deposit

A $500 damage deposit is required 45 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is
refunded within 15 days of departure.
Cancellation

All cancellations or changes to reservations must be made IN WRITING (email is fine)

Cancellations received 45 days prior to arrival will be refunded 100% of total
rent less $40 cancellation fee

For cancellations received within 45 days of arrival or after arrival date,
100% of rent payments will be retained, subject to the following:.

If the space can be re-rented for same term as confirmed reservation, 100% of rent
will be refunded less $40 cancellation fee.

If the space can be re-rented for a portion of the term of confirmed
reservation, a pro-rata refund will be issued, less a $40 cancellation
fee.
